The thermal insulation material of Rubber
and Plastic Sponge is made, through foaming processes, mainly
from nitrile-butadiene rubber, and polyvinyl chloride, together
with high quality accessory materials. This material is
soft in nature and it is a top-grade heat preservation and
energy conservation material. It doesn’t contain chlorofluorohydrocarbons.

material is soft, with curve-bearing, cold and heat
resistant, flame-resistant and waterproof qualities.
Since it has low thermal conductivity, fine performance
of shock absorption and sound absorption, it is widely
used in central air conditioning, architecture, chemical
industry, medicine, spinning and weaving, etc. |

Notes:
The above specifications are commonly used. We will customize
the plates on special specifications of the user’s.
The plates and hoses are black in color; we will customize
the color on special specifications of the user’s.
Suggest using plates for pipelines with outer diameter surpassing
89mm.
For thermal insulation materials with thickness surpassing
25mm, please use multi-layered overlap packing, until the
required thickness is reached.
