These aluminum silicate products, when used for the first
time, with component temperature surpassing 200℃ may cause
some mild smog, which is caused by aluminum silicate volatility.
In a short time, they will become brown. After 1~3 day,
they will restore the white color naturally, having no negative
influence on the product quality.

Production Process
Taking flint clay chamotte as raw material, the ordinary
silicic acid aluminum wool takes shape to become cotton
fiber through fusing and blowing.
Taking high and pure aluminum oxide, silicon stone powder
synthesis as raw materials, the high and pure silicic acid
aluminum wool takes shape to become cotton fiber through
fusing and blowing.
Taking high and pure aluminum oxide, silicon stone powder
and zirconium sand synthesis as raw materials, the zirconium
silicic acid aluminum wool takes shape to become cotton
fiber through fusing and blowing.
The
glue silicic acid aluminum wool is made from the above processes
as well, with high temperature cementing agent as a component.
