Aluminum Silicate Product

Taking bauxite as the primary material, the aluminum silicate products are made through fusing, silk making (joined with the right amount bonder), and fix solidifying, and cutting. The entire process being under the PLC automatic control, the product takes shape at once.

Keeping pace with the modern standards, the aluminum silicate products produced by high-tech production lines are a reliable guarantee for big-scale engineering and bulk demand.

These aluminum silicate products, when used for the first time, with component temperature surpassing 200℃ may cause some mild smog, which is caused by aluminum silicate volatility. In a short time, they will become brown. After 1~3 day, they will restore the white color naturally, having no negative influence on the product quality.

Silicic Acid Aluminum Wool
Production Process

Taking flint clay chamotte as raw material, the ordinary silicic acid aluminum wool takes shape to become cotton fiber through fusing and blowing.

Taking high and pure aluminum oxide, silicon stone powder synthesis as raw materials, the high and pure silicic acid aluminum wool takes shape to become cotton fiber through fusing and blowing.

Taking high and pure aluminum oxide, silicon stone powder and zirconium sand synthesis as raw materials, the zirconium silicic acid aluminum wool takes shape to become cotton fiber through fusing and blowing.

The glue silicic acid aluminum wool is made from the above processes as well, with high temperature cementing agent as a component.
