Heat Preservation Coating

This product is a new heat preservation coating. It is made of sepiolite, aluminum silicate fiber, pearl salt padding, by compounding (OT) penetrant, bond, mill ammonium. Its merits: easy to construct; a wide temperature range-- from 873K(600℃) to 248K(-25℃). The product executes GB/T17371-1998 standards.

This product is characteristic of low thermal conductivity, light weight, strong plasticity, small amount, heat and cold preservation and waterproofing, suitable for chemical industry, metallurgy, spinning and weaving, medicine, building, transportation, petroleum, papermaking, national defense, electric power, etc. Especially it is suitable in places where tradition thermal insulation materials are unable to solve the problems of different shapes (for example, rotary boiler, gate valve, shaft walls, special pipes, big equipment). This product is also called seamless heat preservation product.
